Groeikracht is a coaching agency for individuals and organisations. We brought their message back to one basic thought: to re-shape the functioning of people and organizations by rearranging patterns. And perhaps the most beautiful and purest form to portray this is: ikebana, the ancient and precise art of Japanese flower arranging.
